All requests for meteorological and climate data should be forwarded to DOST-PAGASA. Details below are also found in their Climate Data Page.

You may send your data requests thru the following Web links:
For Weather Certifications (e.g. as a Requirement for Project Extension, Legal Purposes etc.)
Weather Certification Request Form (CADS-08A)
Kindly prepare the following docments before submitting your request:
     1. Valid ID

For Climatological Data (Raw Data in Excel Format):
Consultants/Private Agencies/Government Agencies: Climatological Raw Data Request Form (CADS-01A)
Kindly prepare the following docments before submitting your request:
     1. Accomplished Terms and Conditions of use for climatological data (CADS-07_TOU)
     2. Valid ID

Students/Academic Research Purposes: Researcher Climatological Raw Data Request Form (CADS-01B)
     1. Accomplished Terms and Conditions of use for climatological data (CADS-07_TOU)
     2. Valid ID
     3. Format request letter (signed and noted by your research adviser/s or committee member/s)
     4. A copy of approved research/thesis proposal
